GUIDELINE FOR UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING

An Executive Summary shall not excess more that (3) pages by using font size of (12).  Please refer to Appendix A1 for sample of Executive Summary;

Format of the proposals could be download via Appendix A2;

A complete binding hardcopy of proposal shall submitted to secretariat at office of tne Vice Chancellor while softcopy please email to sppu@putra.upm.edu.my;

Before submitting any proposal for consideration purpose.  The proposal shall be review by given responsible parties as below:-

(a) Review from Office of the Legal Advisor and Registrar is compulsory for any activity that involve in legal aspects such as the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) / Memorandum of Understanding (MoU);

(b) Review from the Information Communication Development (iDec) is necessary for any activities that involving ICT;

(c) Review from Office of Development and Asset Management is needed for activities that involve any development or upgrading of any university’s infrastructure and building;

A complete proposal shall submit to Secretariat of the University Management Committee at least a week before each Wednesday.
